How To Make A Galaxy Background Using A Toothbrush

Use black, white, and shades of blue, purple, and pink oil pastels.

Color the majority of a black sheet of cardstock with black oil pastels.

Fill in the rest of the spots with blue, purple and pink oil pastels.

Use your finger to smudge the colors together. This will create a pretty galaxy background

Cover an area with newspaper.

Dip an old toothbrush into white paint and flick onto the oil pastels.

Allow the paint to dry completely.

How To Make This Star Wars Ship Project

Begin by downloading your Star Destroyer template and printables.

Paint The Star Destroyer With Oil Pastels

Shade the Star wars ship using black oil pastels. Next color these in with grey oil pastel an allow to dry.

Cut Out Your Star Destroyer Star Wars Ship

Once dry, cut out your Star Wars ship and place onto the galaxy background you created earlier. Make sure you glue the ship down well and allow time to dry.

Cut off any access paper that may run over the edges of your galaxy background.
