If you’ve got cardstock (or another thick paper) and not construction paper, in particular, you can still work on this right? Well, what most people don’t know is that cardstock is not the same as construction paper. While you can definitely utilize any of them for this craft idea, they are not a replacement for each other when it comes to more complex crafts.
Construction paper is actually easier to get and fold and is cheaper too. Cardstock is usually thicker than construction paper but has a smoother finish, and you’ll find it in many different textures ranging from glossy and embossed to patterned ones too.
