Best Crayons For Preschool Kids

When it comes to art supplies, there are a few things that are essential for preschoolers. Crayons are definitely one of those things! Preschoolers love to color and experiment with different colors. They also love to draw on whatever they can get their hands on.

That’s why it’s important to have a good supply of crayons on hand. But with so many different types of crayons available, it can be hard to know which ones are best for preschoolers.

Here are a few things to look for when choosing crayons for your preschooler:

Non-toxic crayons: This is an important feature to look for in any type of art supply but it’s especially important for crayons that will be used by young children.

Preschoolers tend to put everything in their mouths, so it’s important to make sure that the crayons they’re using are non-toxic.

Washable crayons: Another important feature to look for! Preschoolers are messy, and they’re bound to get crayon marks on themselves, their clothes, and their surroundings. Washable crayons will make cleanup a breeze.

Bright colors: Preschoolers love bright colors! Look for crayons that have a wide variety of bright, vibrant colors.

Easy to hold: Preschoolers have small hands, so it’s important to choose crayons that are easy for them to hold. Jumbo-sized crayons or triangular crayons are a good choice.

Pirate Themed Line Practice Drawing

Let’s start by downloading and printing off your pirate line study. Once you have your printout, find a comfortable spot to sit and get started.

Next, use a pen or pencil to draw lines in each section of the line study page.

Once you’re finished drawing lines, use a black marker to outline the shape of your pirate.

Next color the entire page with crayons, markers, or colored pencils. Color the pirate face, the pirate’s hat, eye patch, and more.

And that’s it! You’ve now completed your pirate-themed line study.

You can cut out the line study and back on some colored cardstock or construction paper.

Hang your artwork up in the classroom or in your child’s bedroom.

Congratulations! You’ve just completed your pirate line study.
