When you’re teaching your kid about Thanksgiving traditions, pilgrims obviously need a special mention, and there’s actually no better way to do that then get them to try out a fun and inspiring art project, like this one!

The best part is that you’ll need just a few simple art supplies to give it a try. No trips to the craft store necessary!

  • Colored Paper
  • Glue
  • Scissors
  • Black Marker Pen
  • Printer and Ink
  • Crayons
  • Ruler

How to start this male pilgrim art activity

Ready to get started? It is actually super easy. First, you’ll need to use the download link below to print out the printable on a sheet of paper.

Next, hand over a fine tip marker and let your kid fill out the sections of the male pilgrim with straight lines, like the image above.

And finally, when he is done, you can get him to fill out the image with colors. For kids who love art projects, this process can be a lot of fun!

And that’s it! You’re done.

To inspire your kid to do more of such art projects, you can even put his creation up on a wall in your home, or in his room, or just paste it on the front of a simple notebook.
