This easy pelican paper craft project will not just improve your child’s motor skills and keep him engaged in a creative activity, but when you team it up with some fun facts I’ve included towards the end, it’ll make it a complete learning experience for him!

- Colored Stock Card
- Glue
- Scissors
- Black Marker Pen
- Pencil
- Paintbrush
- Iodised salt

How To Assemble This Pelican Craft
Download and print out the printable pelican template.
Cut out your pelican and set aside. Glue the pieces together using a glue stick or white school glue.
Cut out the brown post and glue your completed pelican to the post.
Your pelican craft is done unless you would like to create a watercolor background.
You could also glue this bird to yellow construction paper if you want to create a beach scene instead
