How to Use these Kids Counting Activities
You can use these kids counting activities to teach kids how to count, recognize numbers, and you can begin the steps of adding.
Elsa, Ana, and Olaf: You can use the picture pages to practice counting to 10. You could also pull out things like rocks, pennies, or other counters where kids can lay the counters on each line in the picture to practice counting 1-10.
Number Tracing pages: These pages are great for building fine motor skills, as well as number recognition. Let kids trace with a pencil, crayon, marker, or whatever they feel comfortable with.
Build and Count pages: These pages are a great way to start learning place value. Use place value blocks to count each number. Or, you can have the kids color in the squares for each number.
Roll and Count page: With this page, you can have kids roll a dice and each time they roll a number, they can color in the belly of the Frozen character.
