Here Are The Words To The Golden Slumbers Nursery Rhyme

Golden slumbers kiss your eyes
Smiles await you when you rise
Sleep pretty baby, do not cry
And I will sing a lullaby.

Cares you know not, therefore sleep
While over you a watch I’ll keep
Sleep pretty darling, do not cry
And I will sing a lullaby.

Tips to Put Your Toddler to Sleep

One of the important parts about ensuring that your toddler is healthy is to make sure he gets enough sleep, and if you’re having a tough time doing just that, here are a few tips to help you out.

  • Set up and stick to a bedtime routine.
  • If your toddler is overactive, develop a calming pre-bedtime routine such as having a warm bath or snuggling into the blanket and reading a good book.
  • Limit daytime naps as much as possible.
  • Avoid screen time atleast an hour before bedtime.
